- Go to my AT&T page.
- Select ‘Forgot Password’.
- Complete the password-related
- Select ‘Security Questions’ or ‘Temporary Password’ and then, follow the prompts.
- In case you select a temporary password, the company is going to notify you as to where will send the temporary password.
- Create your new password
The second scenario where you will have to reset your password is:
I know the password of my SBCGlobal email, but want to change it
